CREA Launches Updated
New Member Orientation Course

The New Member Orientation Course covers essential topics like the REALTOR® Cooperation policy, real estate industry structure, competition compliance, FINTRAC, and navigating CREA’s products and services.

With its engaging format and contemporary design, the free three-hour course enables new members to meet their obligations effectively. The course also fulfills their mandate to complete a CREA orientation course within the first 90 days of joining a board or association, as per article 4.1.1 of CREA’s Core Standards Policy. 

While specifically created for new members, the course is a great resource for all REALTORS® looking to refresh or deepen their understanding of their membership with CREA, their responsibilities, and their role in the REALTOR® community.
