James Marjerrison has served the PEI real estate community with dedication for over 8 years. Wayne Ellis is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, bringing decades of experience to his role. A resident of Prince Edward Island since 2013, Christian combines a deep appreciation for Island life with a robust professional background. His journey began in Nova Scotia and took him around the globe, but he chose PEI to plant his roots, purchasing a home with his wife, Erina, in 2018 and welcoming their daughter in 2021.

Christian’s professional edge is built on a Bachelor of Business Administration (UPEI) and a background in Culinary Arts (Holland College). With a decade of experience in hospitality and direct sales, he has spent years cultivating meaningful relationships from Montague to Tignish.

In 2025 I will celebrate 37 years working in organized real estate in a variety of positions.  1988-1997 Paralegal, Durham Region Association of REALTORS, 1997-2011 Assistant Director, Board & Member Services, Ontario Real Estate Association, 2011 to present, Executive Officer, PEIREA.  It's great to be 'home' and continuing the career I love.
