WHAT IS A CALL TO ACTION?

SECTION 10.13 OF THE MLS® RULES AND REGULATIONS STATES

The client, public view, and pictures of properties of all information on the Association’s MLS® System listings will be free of REALTORS® contact information apart from those listings referred in section 9.1 or in the appropriate listing data fields. There shall not be any Call to Action indicated in the Property Overview section of the PEIREA’s MLS® System.

Samples of ‘Call to Action’ are as follows:
• ‘Call for your personal showing’
• ‘Call listing agent’
• ‘Call today’
