These include, but are not limited to: Assessment, Assessment Year, Tax Amount, and Tax Year.

If the most current tax information is not available, you may use the previous year’s data. The only exception would be in cases such as new builds, newly subdivided lots, or similar scenarios where tax details have not yet been assigned.
