Does Or Does Not Consent to be Contacted

If a listing has expired please check the listing to confirm if the client has agreed to be contacted. If you see the below text in the 'Instructions to REALTORS®' in Paragon, then you are NOT to contact them.

Please verify with your client when signing the 'Seller Brokerage Listing Agreement' if they wish to be contacted or not. (see below from the agreement, Section 14)

14. In the event that this Agreement expires or is canceled or otherwise terminated and the Property is not sold, the Seller, by initialing ( ) does (  ) does not consent to allow other members of the Prince Edward Island Real Estate Association to contact the Seller after expiration or other termination of this Agreement to discuss listing or otherwise marketing the Property.
