Develop PEIREA’s relationship with the Regulator at all levels (Board/Leadership and staff). Include clarity of roles and the proposed direction going forward to collectively raise the profession. • Advocate to modernize the Real Estate Trading Act. • Share national CREA messages locally in support of national objectives and local priorities • Develop and implement a plan for advocacy focused on the PEIREA value to elevate the profession and trust • Establish key criteria for those organizations/groups that PEIREA aligns with in terms of advocacy and public awareness efforts.
